A lot has happened this year, Miami. We've had ups and downs and highs and lows on both a personal and national scale. We've lost, and we've gained, and now the time is upon us to bid farewell to one year and welcome another. And what better place is there to do that and celebrate the changing times than Miami? There is none. Whether you've lived here your whole life or are flying down just for the holiday, this post is for you. We've compiled a list full of awesome ways to bring in 2019 in the most Miami way possible. Party on a yacht (duh!) The Miami Under the Fireworks Yacht Party kicks off at 9pm on December 31staboard the massive South Beach Lady. The yacht can fit more than 300 partygoers, so you don't have to think twice about spending the holiday alone. There will be a dinner buffet, live DJs, a premium open bar, and of course, a dazzling fireworks show when the clock strikes midnight. Tickets for the upscale event range from $245 to $975 for groups. Party with Pitbull Mr. 305 himself, Pitbull, hosts his Worldwide NYE party every year at Bayfront Park. Guests can see performances from the rapper himself along with other hit-makers, as well as enjoy unlimited cocktails and a spread of delicious eats. Tickets for the event are $295 for VIP and $495 for VIP Couples. Have a nice dinner So, maybe partying isn't your thing, and that's fine! Miami has something for everyone. Head over to the Mondrian South Beach, and enjoy a gourmet dinner surrounded by the ones you love. Guests will have access to a raw bar, a buffet of cold and hot dishes like truffle lobster mac-n-cheese and grouper plus a separate carving station with choices like roasted leg of lamb and glazed Long Island duck. For dessert, there will be a wide assortment of mini pastries. Ticket prices vary depending on need. For example, dinner plus the open bar is $350, whereas poolside seating, which grants you admission and the open bar only, is $189. Then finally, when you're all partied out, take some time to refresh at our Miami Beach hotel, and get those 2019 plans in motion.
